It is an application to automatically generate step files for DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) simulators, such as StepMania.

It analyzes the music it is given to determine when and where to place arrows. Eric Haines has taken up development of Dancing Monkeys, and David Flink has created a friendly front-end called Gorilla.
